Various miscellaneous settings are associated with key functionalities of the Weagree Wizard. These can be configured in the same area of the Administrator page, under Configuration Weagree Wizard > Key functionalities.
Note: do not forget to click Save after making any changes.

1. Confidentiality of contracts
Ordinarily, individiual contract entries are assigned to one or more user groups. This enables users than the ‘owner’ to see and interact with the contract entry, provided they possess the required access rights and authorisation. By removing the contract entry from user groups (via the Persons and teams involved section of the contract properties), the owner can prevent such access. If the contract entry has been removed from all user groups, only the owner and any other users explicitly granted access (as shown on the Persons and teams involved section) will still be able to open and edit the contract entry.
However, restricting access can be more easily achieved by enabling Confidentiality of contracts. Doing so adds a switch to the Persons and teams involved section that will simply override user group settings. This achieves the same effect more quickly. Additionally, it makes clear that the contract entry is supposed to be confidential, and also makes it easier to open up access again if needed or desired.
2. Generate contract number
This permits the automated generation of contract numbers. Enabling it will reveal the Contract number subtab directly below Miscellaneous settings. For further information, click here.
3. Approvers may reanswer Q&A
When enabled, approvers will be able to change a questionnaire’s answers themselves during the approval process, rather than require the submitting user to make any changes required and resubmit the contract. This functionality may be disabled for purposes of clearly segregating duties or ensuring clear audit trails.
4. Contract users to notify
By default, general notifications regarding the contract entry – as opposed to notifications about messages between users – are only sent to the owner of the contract entry (i.e. the user to which it is assigned). Alternatively, notifications can be set to be sent to all ‘managers’ or all users explicitly granted access to the contract entry via the Persons and teams involved section of the contract properties. In this context, managers are persons with read-and-write access to the contract entry, whereas users are persons with read-only access.
5. Migration service
Legacy contract data, as well as entity data, can be imported in bulk with the Weagree Wizard’s migration service. It will appear as a subitem of the CLM (contract lifecycle management) section of the Administrator page. For further information, click here.
6. External repository URL
If files generated by or uploaded to the Weagree Wizard are also being stored in Weagree (rather than an external storage service such as SharePoint), but not all contract-related files are kept in Weagree, enabling this functionality will allow users to provide a direct URL to any external repository. A field for this purpose will appear in each contract entry’s repository (when accessed from the contract properties page), so that URLs can vary from contract to contract.
7. Template export format
Templates can be exported from the template settings screen in the Template Creation Tool. The file format of the export – Excel or JSON – is selected here.
