The template settings and party database incorporate a list of entity types. This list can be expanded and translations may be added for the various user-interface languages. The correct translations will be automatically loaded when selecting a different language from the top of the Weagree Wizard.
1. Open a template in the Template Creation Tool. Ensure that the advanced-functionalities button in the top-right corner is switched on.
2. Click Organise (or translate) the entity types of contracting parties.
3. To add an entity type, first click Add new entity type. A new pop-up will appear.
a. Insert a code for the entity type. This code will be stored in the database, but will not be visible for end users.
b. Tick Is an individual? if the entity concerns a person.
c. Click Save.
4. To edit an entity type, first click Edit entity type. A new pop-up will appear.
a. Edit the entity type code or (un)tick Is an individual? if necessary.
b. Click Edit translation for the language requiring a (different) translation.
c. Insert the translation in the new pop-up Edit translation.
d. Click Save to close Edit translation and then Save again to close Edit entity type.
