If your (global) choice question appears normally in the questionnaire, but does not insert any text, it is most likely functionally empty.

For local choice trees, check whether each choice option actually contains any text.

For global questions, check whether:

  • the field Replaceable text for each choice option contains any text
  • the global question is either correctly tagged in a template component (use this if you are relying on the Replaceable text fields) or correctly linked to a local choice tree and its options are correctly assigned to the local options (use this if you are not relying on the Replaceable text fields)
