Depending on your organisation’s Weagree licence, there may be an upper limit to the number of active accounts of any given user type. You can keep tabs on the number of active and available user licences via the Administrator page, under Users and licence > Licence. It displays the following information:
1. The various types of user licences. Each encompasses all user roles based on that licence.
2. The percentage of available licences used. This only applies to users with an active account: deactivated users are not counted for this purpose. If no limit has been set for a user licence, the usage value will always be 100%.
3. The number of active user accounts per type of user licence.
4. The maximum number of users per type of user licence.
Unlike the other areas of the Administrator page, you will not be able to make any changes here. The maximum number of users per licence is set by Weagree. Please contact us if any licence needs adjusting.
Note: the User licences widget, which is available on the Analyse or report page for users with a Lawyer licence, also displays the number of available and used licences.
