During the playbook review, for each selected playbook clause it finds, the AI will perform a risk analysis at the hand of the playbook and any additional parameters provided. The results are shown upon completion of the review, both as a simple summary (listing the number of clauses per risk category, according to the AI’s assessment) and by way of coloured circles (‘blobs’) on the clause cards.
After confirming that the AI has correctly identified and marked a clause in the contract draft (see here), you should check the AI’s risk analysis and determine the next course of action.
1. With the list of clause cards opened, click Go to to jump to the clause you want to check.
Note: although the clauses designated ‘acceptable’ (marked green) should be safe to skip, it is advisable to doublecheck them as well.
2. Click the title of the clause card to expand it and read the risk analysis. Compare the (suggested) fallback clause(s) to the text of the contract draft.
3. If the found clause does not actually warrant any changes, click the red ellipsis on the clause card to ‘ignore’ it.
4. If the found clause must be revised, you have three options:
a. Fully replace it with a fallback clause.
b. Optimise (edit) it so that it matches the meaning of the fallback clause.
c. Select it for bulk replacement or optimisation.
