Of course, tables are a key feature used in a term sheet. But tables are also useful to reinforce a proper formatting of contractual information. The parties’ address details in a notices clause and the signatories’ information surrounding the signature block can be neatly aligned when inserted in a table. In such case, the table borders remain invisible in the printed document.
