6.3 Numbers and formulae

The way numbers and formulae are inserted into a contract is a matter of style. A very typical way of expressing numbers in contracts is to write both the number and the figure between brackets (or vice versa). This paragraph will explain that this is exaggerated and not without risk. It will first address numbers, ranges, dates and times, and then cover formulae.
