Advanced user management has been implemented, with role-based access rights and user-rights depending on the end-user’s position within the organisation. It is fast, secure and highly flexible.
Various standard roles have been defined, based on the Weagree licencing system. Each role is tied one of the licence types, that govern which Weagree functionalities can be made available to a user. For example, certain features are always hidden from or disabled for someone with a Business-limited licence, while someone with a Lawyer licence can potentially access every feature of the Weagree Wizard. Per role, it is possible to enable or disable such features (user rights) on a very granular level. It is even possible to create variations on a single role.
Roles are integral to user profiles, which are also new to Weagree’s user management. These combine role, user groups and general authorisation level to determine the full range of user rights: access to functionalities and access to content (contracts, projects, entities in the party database and questionnaire elements). Any number of user profiles can be created to distinguish between different roles, business units or other grouping criteria. Configuring a user’s rights then simply becomes a matter of assigning that person to the applicable user profile.
