During the questionnaire, authorised users can insert clauses from the clause library into any individual contract. Any questions such clauses may contain will appear in the questionnaire. Definitions triggered and schedules (or annexes) referenced in these inserted clauses will, respectively, be added (in alphabetical order) to the contract’s list of definitions and attached as schedules (or annexes) – which in turn may of course result in additional questions and definitions being added.
The end-user with this authorisation can freely position such clauses within the contract and may also opt to remove them again. As with insertions and deletions within a contract induced by the questionnaire, all cross-references in the contract will automatically be updated whenever a clause library component is added or removed.
