Compare two contract versions (i.e. create a tracked-changes or redlined document) from within Weagree with just a few clicks. The user selects the negotiation versions, verifies which is the ‘original’ and which is the ‘changed’ version, indicates whether the comparison needs to be added to the repository (and optionally edits the proposed file name of the comparison), and clicks OK. This will produce a Word-document with full markup of all the detected differences between the two versions.
