Sales and customer success

You will be responsible for the global sales and adoption of Weagree’s contract automation and contract lifecycle management (CLM) software (our ‘Weagree Wizard’): generate leads, attract new customers and support existing customers in implementing Weagree successfully.

About this job – description

You will become a key member of the Weagree team, who will help in designing the proper process and strategy for retaining and growing our customer base.

You will:

  • Maintain the relationships with our customers, listen to their needs, evaluate customer expectations and translate them into Weagree’s services
  • Advise customers on how-to implement ‘legal tech’ successfully and transform their way-of-working into nowadays legal operations
  • Undertake the sales cycle from RFP to deal closure and (together with us) onboarding a customer
  • Accelerate customer success (upselling the Weagree Wizard)
  • Work together on our communications
  • Develop strategic sales channels and international partnerships

We currently also have a vacancy for office manager. Depending on your skills and experience, you might pick up that part of the work as well, which, in our experience, should then take some 10 percent of your time.

Who you are:

  • A self-starter, result-oriented
  • An enthusiastic, driven, and experienced sales person with the ability to think and work independently
  • Academic level of thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A rainmaker: close the deal
  • Proven experience in customer success, inside sales, (b2b) relationship management
  • You have an understanding of selling Software as a Service (SAAS)
  • Fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and English
  • Endorse Weagree’s values – excellence, learning and authenticity

You are prepared to work in a highly dynamic environment. Not one week has been the same over the past 16 years.

More than nice to haves:

  • Affinity with legal tech and legal departments is an advantage
  • Affinity towards technological innovations is an advantage
  • Experience with project management and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
