We’re now rolling out new AI features nearly every week. With Weagree’s end-to-end contracting cycle fully optimised and deeply integrated, adding new AI functionalities is no longer a development challenge, it’s driven entirely by what our customers ask for.
AI-automated tasks extraction
This week, we’re excited to launch AI-automated task extraction, another leap forward in accelerating your contracting process.
Here is how it works:
- Select the contract that is just signed and must be handed over to ‘the business’ operations.
- Click (and wait a few seconds).
- Weagree’s AI (your integrated AI model, for example ChatGPT) has extracted the tasks and enables you to convert each of them into actionable tasks.
- In less than 1:40 minutes, assign your colleague responsible for that task (or monitoring its due performance), indicate start date and due date, recurring aspects and notifications.
- After you validate the AI-extracted actions, the task appears on your and their (your colleagues’) Kanban.
…and the rest is automated: task owners receive timely notifications, management can oversee due and timely performance, contract reporting populates automatically.
Weagree Contracting Copilot
As Weagree’ dashboard is already a true starting point for performing all possible contract actions across Weagree, you will not be surprised that in the next weeks, we will be introducing Weagree Copilot. It works like ChatGPT and does exactly what you prompt.
We are very excited about the forthcoming Copilot, as we know exactly what it should do. Thanks to our closely working together with Gartner and to us implementing HubSpot as our Rev-Ops solution (with an abundance of CRM AI-functionality that serves as leading example for our own contracting copilot.
