The Weagree Wizard has an extensive API integration capability for both contract management and contract automation, and can be integrated in a customer’s existing IT landscape in a number of ways:
The API (and related webservices) are an integrated (admin-accessible) part of the Weagree Wizard and support multi-sources imports and multi-target exports, where applicable. In several cases, support by our programmers may be desirable, for example to implement a data conversion module or an a-specific import or export message-format.
Where data export and document export apply, the configuration dashboard allows the administrator to configure the moment of such export (i.e. upon creation or recreation of the contract, upon a push action by the user, or both). An SAP integration has been achieved (but obviously requires customer tailoring before being made available in the customer’s portal).

Within the Weagree Wizard is an intuitive configuration dashboard (accessible by administrators with a specific role) in which existing integration plugins can be activated and configured. Only minimal support, if any, of Weagree is necessary.

The Weagree Wizard can be embedded in other web-based applications, with the possibility to pre-set the interface language (and be integrated). To prevent poor user-experience, a few ‘soft’ restrictions apply, (e.g. prevent double navigation or even interfering swipes on smartphone and prevent double scroll-bars because of overkill of screen elements). All interface colours can be adjusted on the configuration dashboard.
