In the realtime editor, both guest users and colleagues who use Weagree can be given the option to propose modifications to the contract text. Such changes are shown as tracked changes (insertions underlined in blue, deleted text in red strikethrough); the generated Word-document will also contain this ‘redlining’. The option to allow (guest) users to modify the contract text can be configured (e.g. based on authorisation level). It will always be up to the contract ‘owner’ to approve or reject any proposed change.
