Customers can import their existing (legacy) entity management data from other solutions such as Effacts / Legisway (or external CRMs). The new migration tooling allows for data in the imported database or spreadsheet to be mapped to the correct Weagree entity management fields. This applies not just to the general details of the organisation’s own entities and other entities such as suppliers and customers, but also to corporate housekeeping data regarding shareholders, subsidiaries, the managing board and representatives.
