After an initial draft document has been generated, further documents (of any type) can be uploaded to the contract’s document repository to create a complete digital file. To facilitate maintaining the repository, such files can be categorised (as schedule or annex, deal summary, transaction-related, party-related, draft version, notes, etc.).
