Per template, the admin may choose to aggregate all questions in all of a contract’s annexes (or schedules or exhibits) on one page of the questionnaire, or split them ‘annex-by-annex’ into separate questionnaire pages. The former is practical when there are few questions, especially if they are spread out across a large number of annexes; the latter is practical when (some of) the annexes contain a considerable number of questions that would result in an overly long and confusing questionnaire page. By splitting them into separate pages for each annex with questions, the questionnaire as a whole becomes more digestible and the context of each question will be clearer.
