Numerous improvements and additions are planned for Weagree’s AI-tooling to make it even more powerful and greatly increase its versatility. Besides expanding the automated contract review’s capabilities, copilot functionalities will be added.
Specifically, in respect of the automated contract review, features will be added allowing you to:
* Generate executive contract summaries
* Run multiple-stage automated reviews and data extractions, where the AI’s reponse is used to submit further, conditional prompts for the same contract
* Apply different risk assessment methods and aggregate and weigh risks
* Connect risk ratings to approval workflows
* Derive new contracts or reusable clauses from AI-reviewed contracts
* Manage AI-reviewed files
* Perform contract and risk assessment portfolio reviews
Meanwhile, copilot functionalities for authorised end-users will permit direct interaction with the AI. This will include, for example, asking the AI to summarise selected text or modify it in a particular way, or simply asking it something not accounted for in the contract sheet’s standard fields and prompts.
