Questions (and answer options) in the questionnaire may be hidden from users with lower authorisation levels. The filtering permits delegation of contract creation to members of the organisation with less experience or expertise. For example, a legal department may let business managers answer questionnaries in which legal questions about subjects such as applicable law or preferred dispute resolution are hidden. The five different authorisation levels, ranging from Everyone to Head of Legal, provide a great degree of control over who may see what. An admin will provide a default answer so that, even if the question is not visible for the end-user, the questionnaire will be complete when a document is generated.
