Automated markups now reflect risk assessments, so that it will be immediately obvious to the end-user whether the marked sections present any appreciable risk to your organisation. Previously, the automated contract review would simply highlight each section of the analysed document that it had linked to a contract field (one of the parameters under review). If the contract field has also been configured for (automated) risk assessment, this markup is now colour-coded, matching the applicable risk (green, yellow, orange or red). Scrolling through the analysed text, any problematic provisions will clearly stand out.
