Complementing the existing migration tooling for importing CLM and entity data in bulk, we will develop tooling specific for bulk file imports.
Firstly, there will be a general-purpose page for uploading files and then assigning them to the applicable contracts or entities. Before AI data extraction, Weagree’s AI integration may perform a high-level analysis of those files (e.g. type of contract or corporate housekeeping file, and legal entities involved) and automatically assign them to existing contracts or legal entities (or create new ones). Manual assignment or correction will be possible too, made easier by allowing batch updates of file details and automated sorting. Weagree will be able to determine which files belong to which contracts or entities based on uploaded folder structures (paths).
Secondly, files can be directly imported from SharePoint sites connected to Weagree. Again, AI may be used to analyse these files, but the folder mapping for SharePoint in Weagree will suffice for assigning files to the correct contracts and entities. This way, thousands of files can be added to your Weagree portal in mere minutes.
