Several collaborative contracting user interface improvements have been made to facilitate collaboration with colleagues and other stakeholders in a transaction.
First, this relates to involving colleagues. The colour of the little speech-balloon buttons (next to each contract clause in the realtime editor, as well as next to each Q&A-question), enabling a user to discuss the accuracy, relevance, applicability of precise scope of a contract clause or question, can now be customised. This makes the functionality to collaborate more prominent to users.
Secondly, the layout of the feedback and dicussion popup has been optimised, making it more intuitive and enjoyable to use.
Thirdly, the questionnaire now shows who is responsible for the template, which makes it easier to reach out to the right person with questions or comments about the template and questionnaire in general.
Of course, these are minor additions to the elaborate collaborative-contracting features. The next major step will be integrating and enhancing all separate elements to create high-quality dedicated negotiation tooling.
