Weagree can automatically assign numbers to your contracts, either when generating a document, after signing or upon moving the contract to the CLM. The contract number can include the full or a partial date (i.e. only the year and month, or only the year) and a static prefix (regular text). The total number of digits may be customised and even the starting number can be changed, so that there will not be any clash with existing contracts to which a number was already assigned. Finally, it is possible to automatically restart numbering every 1 January.
