Even with the advanced SharePoint integration options in Weagree, errors may still occur when syncing files. This can happen in various contexts: the SharePoint site does not yet exist, the applicable SharePoint site is not yet known or available for the user, the user incorrectly modifies the default SharePoint storage path. In all such cases, the end-user may need the option to correct the SharePoint storage path, and move the contract files to the correct SharePoint site or folder.
Such corrections may be made at any subsequent stage of the contract lifecycle, including after signing, in the CLM and can be done intuitively through an interface mimicking common file browsers.
The principal ability to make such corrections (i.e. move contract files to SharePoint in general or specifically to a different site or folder path) can be configured in Weagree based on the end-user’s role, user profile or authorisation. At the same time, the SharePoint sites and folders available to the end-user will depend on that user’s rights as configured in SharePoint. Users will therefore never be able to enjoy greater freedom to manage files on SharePoint from within Weagree than they do from within SharePoint itself.
