Even with the advanced SharePoint integration options in Weagree, errors may still happen. This may happen in various contexts: the SharePoint site does not yet exist, the applicable SharePoint site is not yet known or available for the user, the user modifies the default-proposed SharePoint site incorrectly. In all those cases (and other), the end user may need the option to correcting SharePoint storage path, and move the contract files to the correct SharePoint site or the right folder path. Such correction may be made at any subsequent stage of the contract lifecycle, including after signing, so in the CLM.
The option to make such corrections (i.e. move contract files to SharePoint or into a different site or folder path), can be configured based on the end-user’s role, user profile or authorisation.
