To further improve on the customer’s ability to ensure security, Weagree now supports e-signing identity verification by mobile phone. When enabled by the administrator, e-signatories will receive an SMS from DocuSign with a one-time verification code when they follow the link from the e-signing invitation. Without it, they – nor anyone else who might happen to have the aforementioned link – will not be able to access and sign the document. The applicable phone number can be entered when initiating e-signing, so that Weagree can provide it to DocuSign.
