A dedicated page has been added for portal-wide full-text file search. The complete contents of any document generated in or uploaded to Weagree are automatically read out and indexed using OCR (Optical Character Recognition). This applies not just to newly generated or uploaded documents, but to any documents present in Weagree at the time of the update as well. Searching for a key word or phrase will virtually instantaneously return all documents on your Weagree portal containing that word or phrase. Each search result has a tooltip with one or more snippets of the matching text in the document. Fuzzy search is enabled to account for typos (either in the query or the actual document), so as to maximise the potential of this new feature.
