The CLM user interface will be improved by making it more closely resemble and operate like the contract creation questionnaire. The name, or label, of a contract field (contract parameter) will now appear above the field instead of next to it – just like questions appear above the answer fields in the Q&A. This will make contract sheets look neater and more familiar to users experienced in drafting contracts in Weagree. Furthermore, just like Q&A questions, contract fields can now be hidden from users based on their authorisation level. This restriction can be imposed if a certain (group of) user(s) may need to access a contract, but should not necessarily be privy to every detail. For maximum effectiveness, it can be combined with the option to hide documents in the contract’s repository, based on the same criterion.
