Entities – both legal entities and individuals – and their basic details can be stored in Weagree’s party database. This database distinguishes between ‘own party’ and ‘other party’ entities. It can be used to easily select parties to a contract and in doing so automatically insert all their relevant details in the appropriate places, such as the parties block and signature block.
