With a dedicated recycle bin, data integrity is improved: users will have greater control over what is deleted from the Weagree Wizard. Deleted contracts, projects, contract parties and Weagree-users will end up in the recycle bin. They will remain there for a (customisable) period of time, during which users can opt to restore any of their items. Admins can also monitor deletions, including fraudulent ones, and intervene if necessary. Files left in the recycle bin longer than the set amount of time will be automatically deleted permanently. Weagree’s in-app recycle bin is therefore a powerful safeguard against inadvertent data loss.
