For someone to change their way of working, user-friendliness is key. It is in details and does not come out of the box.
User-friendliness has been our focal point since 2006. Although always alert, we like to think that we ‘know’ what user-friendliness means:
- simple and attractive
- a sense of being ‘in control’ over your contract
- seeing only what is relevant, automating as much as possible
- flexibility, aligning closely with day-to-day contracting workflows

Simple and attractive
User-friendliness is first of all ‘simple and attractive’: a designed interface that stands the test of time. As Weagree has quite an articulated design of magenta and anthracite, already years ago, we introduced flexibility to adjust the entire look-and-feel (all colours) of the Weagree Wizard: customers can align the entire interface colour palette with their corporate styling (as shown below).
Consistency removes the small mental obstacles to change. Weagree should feel as home. Recently, someone told us that A step to further improve user-friendliness is to enable customers to adjust the interface font
Fail fast – or succeed at once!
We had expected lots of complications in developing the font switch that you see illustrated in the images. But surprisingly, it took only a few hours to introduce a font switch. With only a few tweaks we will release this simple and attractive new feature in the forthcoming weeks!

A difficult term: ‘interaction design’

To make it even more actionable, you want to start on a dashboard bringing literally every next contract-task together in one overview. As Weagree has been developing at the pace of 18-years, integrating contracting work came naturally. And so is Weagree’s interaction design: flexible, closely aligned with day-to-day contracting workflows.
We plan to introduce a few tweaks to optimise also Weagree’s interaction design flexibility. So as to align Weagree even closer to your users’ personal day-to-day contracting workflows!
