After running a playbook review, you can also discuss and work on the contract draft by directly chatting with the AI assistant. There are two modes available: regular AI chat and AI clause drafting.
A. CHAT

By default, the AI assistant is set to ‘chat’ mode. This will allow you to ask it any questions in relation to the contract draft and carry on a discussion.
1. Click the AI assistant bar at the bottom to open the chat window.
2. Type your question or response in the field at the bottom. Press Enter or click the Send message button to send it to the AI.
3. Click the Clear chat icon to erase all visible previous chat messages.
4. Click the AI assistant bar or the down arrow to close the chat window again.
B. CLAUSE DRAFTING

If the contract requires a type of clause, or variation on a fallback that the playbook does not provide for, the AI assistant can also draft and insert one for you.
1. Position the Word text cursor at the start of a new paragraph (line), where the new clause must be inserted.
2. With the chat window open, click Insert.
3. Describe what clause you need and its most important requirements, then press Enter or click the Send message button. The new clause will appear both in the chat window and the document.
Note: if you want to structure your description, you can use Shift+Enter to break up your message into paragraphs.
